Since 1994, Monroe Area Council for the Arts has brought world-class entertainment at an affordable cost to the Butcher Auditorium stage at Hiwassee College (directions) in Madisonville. Each year, MACA presents a variety show of six performances as part of a season subscription series. In addition, box office tickets may also be purchased for individual shows.

Saturday, Nov. 6, 7:30 p.m.: The Persuasions
Thursday, Jan. 20: Punch Brothers featuring Chris Thile
Saturday, Jan. 29: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, featuring 60 local children in the cast
Friday, Apr. 15: Connye Florance: Jazz Rhapsody
Tuesday, May 10: The Vocal Illusions of Lynn Trefzger
